Welcome
Hello, and welcome to my website! My name is Jennifer. You can call me Jenn, Jennifer, or Jenna. (Just don’t call me Jenny!!!) lol
I am a 48 year old mother of 2 adult children. I am a self-taught web designer-turned personal trainer and nutritionist. For 27 years I have run a web design business that had been my primary source of income until I found my passion for fitness.
In 2012, I began a weight loss and fitness journey that has shifted my interests and passions to helping others find their way to a healthier, happier life through fitness and nutrition. I have thirteen years of experience as a personal training client, myself, which gives me insight into what it’s like from both sides of personal training.
I have tested many different nutritional programs to find the one that worked best for me. By combining nutrition and exercise, I lost 100 lbs. and gained about 20 lbs in muscle.

During my personal journey, I earned a BA in Health and Wellness/Health Education, a MA in Healthcare Administration and became certified as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. These degrees and certifications, along with my personal experience give me what I need to help others reach their health, fitness and wellness goals.
In-person coaching sessions take place in my private home garage gym and are intentionally kept limited to ensure a comfortable, personalized experience for each client. Because this is a private training environment, I carefully screen and communicate with potential in-person clients before scheduling sessions. This helps create a positive, safe, and supportive coaching atmosphere for everyone involved. Please browse the website further and contact me for any questions, or to schedule a consultation!
