In-person sessions take place in my private home garage gym. Because this is a private training space, availability is limited and potential clients are reviewed before sessions are scheduled.
Please include whether you are interested in in-person training, online coaching, or nutrition support.
Online Coaching
Fitness + Nutrition Support
Online coaching is available for clients who want workout structure, nutrition guidance, accountability, and support without needing to train in person.
Online options are a good fit if you want flexibility while still having a plan and guidance.
What To Send
When you email me, include:
- Your name
- Whether you are interested in in-person training, online coaching, nutrition coaching, or a combination
- Your main goals
- Your current fitness level
- Any injuries, limitations, or concerns I should know about
- Your general availability
- Anything else you want me to know before we talk
